HONEY-SRIRACHA GRILLED CHICKEN THIGHS

Ingredients List :
- 6 Tablespoons sriracha sauce -
- 2 Tablespoons honey -
- 8 Bone-in chicken thighs -
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice -
- 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro -

How to make 'em :
1. Whisk together 2 tablespoons of Sriracha sauce and honey and set aside.

2. Place the chicken in a resealable plastic bag and add remaining Sriracha sauce and the lime juice. Seal and turn bag around to coat chicken. Let stand 15 minutes.

3. Grill your chicken thighs on your choice of grill. Cook them to perfection!

4. Remove chicken from the grill to your serving platter. Brush the chicken with your honey mixture from step 1. Cover and let it sit for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro.
