HONEY FRUIT SALAD

Honey Fruit Salad

Ingredients List :
- 2 Teaspoons finely shredded orange peel -
- 1/2 Cup orange juice -
- 1/4 Cup honey -
- 1 Tablespoon snipped fresh mint (optional) -
- 2 Cups halved green and/or red seedless grapes -
- 2 Cups fresh blueberries -
- 2 Cups halved fresh strawberries -
- 2 Cups fresh raspberries and/or blackberries -
- 1 1/2 Cups chopped apples -
- Small fresh mint leaves (optional) -

How to make it :
1. Make the dressing. In a medium bowl mix together orange peel, orange juice, and honey. (If desired, also add the 1 tablespoon of snipped mint)

2. In a large serving bowl, combine grapes, blueberries, and strawberries. Gently stir in your dressing from step 1. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours.

3. Before serving, add the raspberries/blackberries and apples. (If desired, garnish with mint leaves)
